1. Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Guides)
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are delivered digitally, all purchases of eBooks, digital guides, and downloadable training materials are non-refundable.
Immediate Access
Once your payment is confirmed and access to the digital content is provided (via download link or email), the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Access Issues
If you encounter any technical problems downloading or accessing your purchase, or if the download link was not received, please contact us at contact@support.apenessguide.com
We will make sure you receive the content you paid for.
2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items)
Defect & Quality Assurance
Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or visible damage.
Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement or refund, please email contact@support.apenessguide.com within 30 days of delivery, including clear photos of the item placed on a flat, well-lit surface.
Non-Returnable Situations
As all physical items are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing, personal preference, or change of mind.
3. Order Cancellations
Digital Products
Digital purchases cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.
Physical Products
Physical orders may only be modified or cancelled before they enter the production stage.
4. Tips, Donations & Locked Content
All payments made for donations, tips, or locked messages are final. These transactions are non-refundable and cannot be reversed.
5. Refund Processing Times

Credit or Debit Cards: Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
